Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between a dry bar and a wet bar?

Currently, as a dry bar, we provide the mobile bar setup, certified bartenders, mixers, garnishes, ice, glassware,  and shopping list, while you supply the alcohol. By mid-September, our full wet bar service will handle the alcohol supply as well!

Do signature cocktails include a tasting?

Yes! To ensure your signature drinks match your taste and event theme, a mandatory 1-hour tasting consultation is required for all mixology and specialty cocktail/mocktail packages.

  • Virtual Tasting Consultation: Included with your mixology add-on package (we review custom recipes, ingredient lists, and flavor profiles together).

  • In-Person Tasting Experience: Available as a premium add-on (+$175) if you’d like us to prepare and sample your custom drinks with you in person prior to the event!

Where do you service events?

We service events across both North Carolina and South Carolina! Headquartered in Huntersville, NC (greater Charlotte area), our mobile bar setups travel to indoor and outdoor venues, private estates, and event spaces throughout the Carolinas—including major destinations like Raleigh and coastal South Carolina.

Primary Service Hubs & Surrounding Areas Include:

  • Greater Charlotte Metro & Lake Norman (NC): Huntersville, Charlotte, Lake Norman (Cornelius, Davidson, Mooresville), Concord, Gastonia, Matthews, and Union County.

  • Raleigh & The Triangle Region (NC): Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Cary, Apex, Wake Forest, and surrounding Triangle communities.

  • South Carolina Border & Upstate: Fort Mill, Rock Hill, Lake Wylie, Clover, Tega Cay, and York County.

Are you insured, and can you provide proof to my venue?

Absolutely! We carry comprehensive General & Commercial Liquor Liability Insurance. If your venue requires a Certificate of Insurance (COI)we are happy to provide one upon request. 

How much time do you need to set up, and is setup time included in my 4 hours?

Your 4-hour active bar service time does NOT include setup or teardown. We arrive 60 to 90 minutes prior to your event start time to set up the mobile bar, chill beverages, prep garnishes, and organize your alcohol—at no additional labor charge! We also handle 30–60 minutes of breakdown after the bar closes. All we need from your venue is a flat level surface.

What is your payment and cancellation policy?

We require a 30% non-refundable deposit upon contract signing to officially lock your event date on our master calendar. The remaining 70% balance is due 10 calendar days prior to your event. Cancellations made more than 10 days prior forfeit the deposit; cancellations made within 10 days require full payment.

Do you cater to non-drinkers or children?

Yes! We love crafting delicious, handcrafted mocktails for non-drinkers, underage guests, or designated drivers ($45/recipe). We also offer a Full Hydration Station (+$1.25/guest) featuring fruit-infused water, iced tea, or lemonade in elegant dispensers!

How is gratuity handled for the bartenders?

By default, our bartenders display a discrete tip jar at the bar for guests who wish to show appreciation. If you prefer a "hosted bar" experience with no tip jar on display, a 20% service gratuity can be added directly to your contract invoice prior to the event.
